A research study, that was conducted at the Rudd Center for food Policy and Obesity at Yale University points out that most of these
endorsement are for fast food , soda and sport drinks that are high in sugar and calories, and has very little nutritional value. Today, fast food is
the quickest way to feed their children. Even though these foods are high calorie(easy fat)and unhealthy,because their parents are too busy,they
don't have time to shop or cook for their children , and fast food becoming the most popular choice.
One of the researchers, Marie Bragg, said she was afraid those famous athletes would send a mixed message to children, because if children
see a healthy, fit athletes eating junk food and drinking soda, they are going to think that they can do the same.Finally, Bragg hopes that famous
athletes will stop endorsing junk food. I agree with Bragg.Further more,some healthy diet food for their children such as vegetable,salad,lean
meat and whole grain bread. That can let the children decrease the chance of contact with junk food.
